What is a euro slot hook?
Euro slot is the standard hole shape punched in the top of a pack; the hook tip passes through it. The same hook works across every category that uses slotted packs, which makes it the most common type.
How do I choose a hook?
Three things: the weight and depth of the pack (which sets hook length), the hole type in the pack, and the surface the hook mounts to — slatwall, perforated panel or wire shelf. Once these are fixed, the choice narrows to a few models.
Is there a hook that deters theft?
Lock hooks have a catch at the tip that prevents a whole row being swept off in one pull; they are used for small, high-value items. The release key stays at the checkout.
