Which products suit a pusher system?
Packs with a flat base that queue behind one another: cigarette packs, cartons, jars, tubes and bottles. With soft bags or irregular bases the spring tips the product over; there a plain divider works better.
How is spring force chosen?
By product weight. A weak spring cannot move a heavy pack forward; a strong one crushes a light one. Share the product weight and shelf depth and we will match the force.
Which pusher is used in a cigarette display?
Cigarette packs are light with a flat base, so narrow lanes with low spring force are used. When a pack is taken the next one comes forward at once, keeping the display full all day.
