This notice covers only the processing carried out through this website. The principles, responsibilities and security measures governing all of the company’s data processing are set out in the board-approved Personal Data Protection Policy, available under the “Legal” links at the bottom of the page.

Contact form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, subject and message content. Company, phone and subject are optional.

Technical record of the submission: the time of submission and the IP address it was sent from. This information is appended to the email that delivers the form content to us.

Server access logs: the standard log kept by the hosting server for every visit — IP address, date and time, requested page address, browser and operating system information.

The site has no membership, account or payment system and collects no such data. No special categories of personal data are requested; please do not include such information in the message field.

Form data is processed to evaluate your request, prepare a quotation, answer your questions and communicate with you about your request.

The submission time and IP address are processed to detect and prevent abuse of the form (automated submissions, unsolicited messages).

Server access logs are processed to secure the site, diagnose errors and meet legal obligations. They are not used to profile visitors or for marketing.

Form data is processed under Article 5/2-c of the Law — processing necessary for personal data of the parties to a contract, provided it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of that contract; your request constitutes a pre-contractual enquiry.

Technical records and server logs are processed under Article 5/2-f — processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Explicit consent is not required for this processing; the checkbox on the form does not constitute consent but records that this notice was presented to you.

Form data is collected electronically when you complete and submit the contact form and is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The server forwards the content to our own company mailbox; no third-party form service is involved.

Server access logs are generated automatically by the web server when you visit the site.

Your personal data is shared with the providers hosting the site and supplying our email infrastructure, only to the extent technically required to deliver those services. These providers may not use the data for their own purposes.

Data is disclosed to legally authorised public bodies only where a statutory obligation or a duly issued request exists.

Your data is not given, sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

If a request submitted through the form does not lead to a commercial relationship, the related correspondence is deleted within 2 years of the request being closed. Where a commercial relationship follows, correspondence is retained for 10 years together with commercial books and records as required by the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.

Server access logs are retained for the period prescribed by Law No. 5651 and the related regulation, and deleted at the end of that period.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right, by applying to the data controller, to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; request that corrections and deletions be notified to third-party recipients; object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your application in writing, with documents establishing your identity, to “Akçaburgaz Mah. No: 72, Esenyurt / İstanbul 34522” in person or via notary, or from the email address you have previously provided to us and which is registered in our system, to info@atadizayn.com.tr.

Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature. Where the process involves an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
