30-second setup
The parts come out of the box and slot together without tools, so field teams spend seconds per store rather than minutes.

Our wooden display stands can be assembled easily straight out of the box and are ready to use in 30 seconds or less. With their elegant design they provide a practical merchandising solution for retail spaces: the carton opens, the body panels slot together, the shelves drop in and the unit is waiting to be filled.
Because the same body logic runs through the floor, countertop and hanger-bar setups alike, a brand can take its floor stand and its countertop unit into the store in one material and one surface language. Header, side panel and base faces are branded by print, screen printing or laser engraving, while the timber grain itself stays as the graphic ground.
Dimensional stability decides the build. Solid timber moves as it takes on moisture and shelf alignment drifts, so the body is built from MDF, birch plywood or poplar plywood — which one is used is chosen to the customer’s preference. Flat-packed shipping cuts freight volume, and demountable fixings let the unit be moved and rebuilt when the store changes.

Parts ship flat-packed, so a single vehicle carries many times more units than it would assembled.
The natural texture of the MDF and plywood body carries the product’s position without graphics covering every face, and it can be separated at end of life.

An MDF and plywood body comes apart at end of life, and the wood-based material goes back into recycling.
A wooden shelf carries boxed and bottled packaging for durations cardboard cannot sustain.
Fitting metal hanger bars instead of shelves adapts the same body to bagged and euro-slot packs.
CNC cutting needs no tooling investment, so low-volume and store-specific projects stay affordable.
Demountable fixings let the unit be moved, stored and rebuilt once the campaign ends.
On the standard body, yes. Parts arrive flat-packed, join through slot details without tools and the shelves drop into place; a one-person setup takes 30 seconds or less.
A mid-size project typically runs 4–7 weeks. With no mould to wait for, the first sample comes out fast, while finishing and drying set the pace of series production.
It is not recommended in continuously damp environments. Finishing protects the timber to a degree, but for spots that stay damp — cooler fronts, entrance doors — a plastic solution is the right call.
