The only way you provide us with information is the contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message. Beyond that, only the access log the server keeps automatically for every visit (IP address, time, requested page, browser information) is generated.
There is no membership, account, payment, comment or newsletter system on the site. No identifier tracks you across visits; no analytics or advertising tools run.
Form information is used only to evaluate your request, prepare a quotation and get back to you. We will not contact you about matters unrelated to your request, and your email address is not added to marketing lists.
Your information is not shared with any third party other than the providers of the site’s hosting and email infrastructure, who process it solely to deliver the service. A legal obligation or a duly issued request from an authorised body is the only exception. Your information is never sold or rented.
The map preview in the footer comes from Google Maps and loads only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice. When loaded, Google may set cookies in your browser under its own privacy policy. Without that choice, only a link to Google Maps is shown instead of the preview.
Links to our social media accounts and to Google Maps take you to those sites; data processing there is subject to their own policies.
Site traffic is carried over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are not stored on the server; they are forwarded directly to our company mailbox and read only by authorised staff. Access to the server and the mailbox is password-restricted.
Updates to this policy are published on this page; the date at the top indicates the current version. If the way the site processes data changes (for example, if a measurement tool is added), this policy and the Data Protection Notice are updated before the change goes live.
